- dancer's (Jones) fracture: proximal 5th metatarsal shaft

- march fracture: 2 metatarsal
- nightstick fracture: shaft of ulna
- paratrooper fracture: isolated posterior malleolus
- skier's thumb/gamekeeper's thumb
