- osteoblastoma
- giant cell tumor
- fibrosarcoma of bone
- malignant fibrous histiocytoma
- chondrosarcoma
- osteosarcoma
- Ewing's sarcoma
- angiosarcoma
- multiple myeloma
- intraosseous metastasis
- intraosseous lymphoma
- Langerhans cell histiocytosis
- haemophilic pseudotumor
- osteonecrosis (bone infarct)
- osteomyelitis
- skeletal sarcoidosis
