• thalassemia
• acromegaly
• amyloidosis
• multiple myeloma

Enlargement by cysts/masses

• adult dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD)
• acquired renal cystic disease
• lymphoma
• von-Hippel-Lindau disease
• nephroblastomatosis
• Wilms tumor
• tuberous sclerosis
• bilateral renal cell carcinoma
• multiple oncocytoma
• metastasis
