solitäre lytische Läsion des Schädels
Als
Zufallsbefund entdeckte Läsion der Schädelkalotte bei einer Frau. Der Befund ist in allen Sequenzen isointens mit dem Unterhautfettgewebe. Es dürfte sich um ein intraossäres Lipom der Schädelkalotte handeln. Eine fettgesättigte Sequenz oder eine Computertomographie mit negativen Dichtewerten könnte im Zweifel den Verdacht noch weiter erhärten. DD fettreiches Hämangiom.

Solitary lucent lesion of the skull is a relatively frequent finding. The differential is heavily influenced by the patient's age.
