- MELAS (mitochondrial encephalopathy, lactic acidosis and stroke-like episodes)
- Moyamoya disease/syndrome
- Divry van Bogaert syndrome
- Sneddon syndrome
- HANAC syndrome (hereditary angiopathy with nephropathy, aneurysms, and muscle cramps syndrome)
- retinal vasculopathy with cerebral leukoencephalopathy and systemic manifestations
- Fabry disease
