knee pain. AP radiograph of the knee shows growth plate fusion and a metaphyseal lesion that is lytic and expansile in appearance with a narrow zone of transition and no associated periosteal reaction.The diagnosis was giant cell tumor.
Enchondrom im
Schenkelhals links: Röntgenbild mit r0ing- und bogenförmigen Kalkfiguren; naja, wenigstens so ähnlich.
Hoch malignes
Chondrosarkom des proximalen Femurs bei einer alten Frau mit pathologischer Fraktur. Man erkennt in der konventionellen Röntgenaufnahme wage eine lytische Zone und angedeutet die Frakturlinien medial unter dem Trochanter minor. Die unregelmäßigen Verkalkungen der Tumormatrix sind der Computertomographie besser erkennbar. Im Weichteilfenster sieht man, dass das Fettmark noch weit ausgedehnter durch den Tumor verdrängt ist. Interessanterweise keine sichere Periostreaktion.
